An orthopaedic trainer, a device for training according to the Yevminov Method, which is a wooden panel equipped with movable handles on two levels.
The Yevminov preventative device can be installed at an angle of 8° to 90° to the wall, as well as at a negative angle of up to -25°, depending on the type of exercises performed. The rope fastening and elasticity of the plane itself provide the necessary shock absorption for the spine during training. The movable handles can be easily moved across the entire plane and fixed at a level appropriate to the height of the user, making it universal for adults and children.
